Here you can shut out the stress of the world without withdrawing from the conveniences of it.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Bedrooms face the common area walkways, so please be considerate when entering or leaving.

• Please do not hang towels, bathing suits or clothing anywhere on the lanai (patio). Nothing is to be hung along the railings. Beach chairs, coolers, surf boards, boogie boards, etc are not allowed to be stored on the lanai or on the front entrance landing.

• Pool Hours: 9 AM to 9 PM

• No glass of any kind inside of the pool area. No smoking in pool area.

• Children: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. Children under 10 are not allowed in the spa/hot tub. Proper swim attire must be worn when in pool area. No nudity regardless of age. No horseplay, Marco Polo or running around the pool.

• Plastic rafts, boogie boards, snorkel equipment beach balls and other play equipment are not allowed in the pool.

• No smoking inside of this condo or on the lanai (patio). There are designated smoking areas throughout the property.

• BBQ Hours: 10 AM to 9 PM - please clean the BBQ after using it. We have provided you BBQ tools and utensils in the drawer to the left of the sink.
